How this started and where it’s going.
December 2021 I flew out to Dubai for an NFT project launch. The uTiLiTy of that project was networking with other entrepreneurs but ended up making a lot of friends inside and outside of crypto.
A lot of projects up to this point were creating their brands around the ability to go viral, but I was searching for something I could have fun with. I decided to create this core platform of discovery, as I believe the big “walled gardens” of instagram, youtube, and tiktok will slowly dissolve as we move toward individual content creation.
When “social media” first started you’d “check in” at a location on Foursquare. You go to Facebook because that’s where everyone posted their day-to-day, then you’d have tumbler or instagram to post your curated photos. Vine, snapchat, and eventually tiktok would bring users on to post short videos
As far as current trends go, we’re all just creating mixed-content of words, image, video, memes, etc. Excluding tinder and the live streaming apps, a lot of these social media platforms offer the same thing.
Warr3n is a platform of old-school text media, video coverage, memes, and virtual spaces. On the homepage of this website, you’ll see an “Explore” button which will bring you to a virtual gallery built on the monaverse platform i’ll be live streaming interviews with the latest infrastructure button. You’ll also see the “Join” button where users will be able to join the Warr3n movement.
Expect a whole lot of technological creative play and discovery. This platform will be used to explore new Web3 business models, creative process, art, and everything in between. Membership will be free, just watch the socials as this platform gets built out. Cheers.
